Dear Generous Donor,

On Wednesday, October 5, 2005 The Woman’s Club of Raleigh will sponsor “Style, 2005”. This event will feature a Silent Auction and Fashion Show to benefit the community service projects and programs supported by the Woman’s Club.

The Woman’s Club has actively supported a wide array of community needs for more than 100 years. Just two of the local programs that currently enjoy Club support are the Community Music School which provides subsidized or free music lessons and Loaves and Fishes which provides an after school tutoring and enrichment program for children at risk of academic failure.

Our President’s Special Project is Summit House. This program strengthens the family by intervening in the lives of non-violent women offenders and their children. Summit House also advocates nationally for community-based sentencing programs. Support for Summit House includes many hours of volunteer service and direct funding.

The Woman’s Club of Raleigh is a non-profit, civic organization for women committed to the intellectual, philanthropic, social and civic betterment of the community. Through your tax deductible contribution for the Silent Auction portion of our “Style, 2005” event, you or your business will amplify the service we can provide to our community. We will recognize your support in the event program.

We sincerely appreciate your participation. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to participate at 919-782-5599. or via email at fashionshow@womansclubofraleigh.org

  Siincerely,
